Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] with your name, order number, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Return Approval and Inspection
Once your item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed for a cash refund only.
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds are issued in cash and will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the return is confirmed. No refunds will be made via card, bank, or digital payment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item). We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products used, worn, or washed
Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
Items returned after the allowed return window
Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
