Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or courier service availability.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most serviceable locations. If your address is outside our delivery zone, you will be informed after placing your order, and we will try to find a suitable solution or issue a cancellation if needed.
Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders are fulfilled strictly on a Cash on Delivery basis. Please ensure full payment is ready at the time of delivery. Orders may be canceled if payment is not made upon delivery.
Missed Deliveries
The delivery team will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If both attempts fail due to unavailability or incorrect address, the order will be returned. Re-delivery may require additional charges.

Damaged Packages
